The Wheel of Time is set in a sprawling, epic world where magic exists, but only women can use it safely. Meaning that in this series — women hold the keys to power. The story follows Moiraine, a member of the shadowy and influential all-female organization called the ‘Aes Sedai’ as she embarks on a dangerous, world-spanning journey with five young men and women. Moiraine’s interested in these five because she believes one of them might be the reincarnation of an incredibly powerful individual, whom prophecies say will either save humanity or destroy it. The series draws on numerous elements of European and Asian culture and philosophy, most notably the cyclical nature of time found in Buddhism and Hinduism.

Season 2, Episode 01 – “A Taste of Solitude”
Moiraine, Lan, Nynaeve, Egwene, Perrin, and Mat find themselves more alone than ever.

Season 02, Episode 02 – “Strangers and Friends”
The Two Rivers youths forge new relationships, while Lan tries to mend an old one.

Season 2, Episode 03 – “What Might Be”
Nynaeve faces her greatest fears. Rand seeks guidance on his powers from an unexpected source.

Season 2, Episode 04 – “Daughter of the Night”
Moiraine searches for Rand while Nynaeve mourns her losses.

Season 2, Episode 05 – “Demane”
Moiraine and Rand flee for their lives. Egwene and Nynaeve encounter a new foe.

Season 2, Episode 06 – “The Eyes That Have No Mercy”
Rand makes a risky alliance and Egwene gathers strength to confront the horror of her circumstances.

Season 2, Episode 07 – “Daes Dae’mar”
Moiraine and her companions divert their path after an unexpected encounter. However, the detour reveals many things: Moiraine’s true goal, Lan’s past, the divisions that have grown within the group, and the identity of the Dragon Reborn.

Season 2, Episode 08 – “What Was Meant to Be”
Fate brings Rand and the others into an inevitable confrontation with their most formidable enemies yet.
