After Neurosurgeon Maggie Sullivan’s personal and professional life are thrown into turmoil she returns home to Sullivan’s Crossing. While there, Maggie is forced to navigate her complicated present while confronting the painful past she has chosen to ignore for years.

Season 4, Episode 01 – “Curveballs”
Still shaken by Liam’s arrival, Maggie looks into getting him the paperwork he needs, while Cal finds himself wondering why Liam is really there. Meanwhile, Edna tries to convince an overprotective Frank that she’s ready to return to work as he focuses on figuring out how to turn the land Glenn gave them into a conservation area. Sydney and Rafe’s relationship issues come to a head as Rob receives confusing news from Toronto.

Season 4, Episode 02 – “Open Wounds”
Reeling from the news that she’s still married to Liam Maggie tries to focus on getting licensed in Nova Scotia while Cal jumps in to help her file for divorce. Lola’s failed youth group outing has consequences that cause her to rethink her future, and Cal focuses on training Ben at the Crossing.

Season 4, Episode 03 – “Northern Lights”
Maggie looks for a doctor to support her application to the board of physicians and Cal discovers information that causes him to question Maggie’s history with Liam.

Season 4, Episode 04 – “Gut Instincts”
Maggie’s residency gets off to a rocky start as Cal shows Ben the ropes at the Crossing and begins to wonder if Liam has any intention of leaving.

Season 4, Episode 05 – “Abandoning”
Maggie tries to figure out what’s causing Tracy’s fever as Cal learns that Ben hasn’t been honest with them and Liam finally comes clean about what happened in the past.

Season 4, Episode 06 – “Falling Through The Cracks”
After learning the truth, Maggie struggles to reconcile her unresolved feelings for Liam while helping Cal look for Ben and Tracy.
