Samantha and Jay throw caution to the wind when they convert their recently inherited country estate into a bed-and-breakfast. Call it mislaid plans. Sam, Jay and the remaining ghosts unravel the mystery of which ghost passed into the afterlife. Also, Sam and Jay must relocate an owl in order to do construction on the barn to turn it into Jay’s restaurant.

Season 3, Episode 02 – “Man of Your Dreams”
Sam learns that one of the ghosts’ powers is to enter the dreams of the livings and influence their decisions. Also, two of the ghosts think they’ve learned the secret to moving on.

Season 3, Episode 03 – “He Sees Dead People”
When Jay’s sister, Bela, and her boyfriend, Eric, visit Woodstone Mansion, Eric reveals a major change that took place after his near-death experience there over Christmas.

Season 3, Episode 04 – “Halloween 3: The Guest Who Wouldn’t Leave”
Pete’s ex-wife, Carol, shows up at Woodstone Mansion during Sam and Jay’s Halloween party, where they’re trying to impress some cool friends. Also, the ghosts hope to bring Flower back with a seance.

Season 3, Episode 05 – “The Silent Partner”
A big investor backs out of Sam and Jay’s restaurant, leaving them to turn to the one ghost who has money – Isaac.

Season 3, Episode 06 – “Hello, Brother”
Trevor’s brother, Jeremy, checks into Woodstone after discovering a loophole in the Woodstone Rewards Points program.

Season 3, Episode 07 – “The Polterguest”
Alberta hits it off with a poltergeist who is attached to a newly arrived Woodstone guest. Also, Isaac and Nigel have separate bachelor parties.

Season 3, Episode 08 – “Holes Are Bad”
When Sam and Jay leave the ghosts home alone for the weekend in an attempt to have a romantic getaway, shocking revelations are made about two of Woodstone’s beloved spirits.

Season 3, Episode 09 – “The Traveling Agent”
Pete discovers a power that he never knew he had – one that brings him closer to his buddy Jay (and further apart).
