From his headquarters in the depths of a deserted mine in Texas, the masked villain Jim Parasite is scheming to reduce the worlds population to the size of insects, so that he can accomplish his ultimate dream of ruling the entire world. But when sibling duo Luke and Lucy learn of Parasites diabolical doings, they saddle up their horses and ride off to Texas to put an end to Jims plans and restore order in Dark City.
