In the Season 10 premiere, 36 home cooks enter the “MasterChef” kitchen in hopes of making it into the Top 20. After a few surprise visitors greet the eager contestants, the cooks learn they will participate in audition rounds, undergoing evaluation from the judges. Only the best of the best will earn an apron and move forward in the competition. A special twist called the “Judges’ Pass” will prove to be extremely valuable to one lucky individual.

Season 10, Episode 02 – ”The Epic 10th Season Auditions – Pt. 2 ”
Eight aprons remain in the audition rounds. The pressure is on as the home cooks rush to create their signature dish for the judges in just under 45 minutes. A select few will have to concoct a dish so impressive that it wins over all three judges. See who takes the final aprons, marking their spot in the Top 20.

Season 10, Eposode 03 – ”Gordon’s Mystery Box”
Competition kicks off for the Top 20 with a culinary boot camp to weed out the cooks from the chefs. For a chance for immunity, the chef-testants’ skills are put to the test in a quick-fire evaluation of their culinary expertise. Then, the home cooks face their first mystery box challenge of the season, in which they will make a dish inspired by Chef Gordon Ramsay or be at risk of elimination. Two people will be sent home, leaving eighteen contestants in the running to take home $250,000.

Season 10, Eposode 04 – ”10th Season Pool Party!”
The Top 18 contestants face their first team challenge in a “MasterChef” 10th anniversary-themed pool party. The home cooks will be dishing up party food for 100 VIP guests, including former “MasterChef” contestants and winners. Divided into two teams of nine, it will be a non-stop battle to stay out of eliminations with only one team gaining immunity.

Season 10, Eposode 05 – ”The Blind Chicken Show”
The top 18 battle it out for immunity in an epic team challenge. With only 45 minutes on the clock, the losing team has to break down a chicken to make a delectable dish in an intensely crucial elimination challenge.

Season 10, Eposode 06 – ”Hot & Spicy”
The Top 17 remaining home cooks compete in a high-pressure mystery box challenge, inspired by special guest Alessandra Ambrosio, for a shot at immunity. When the judges throw the contestants a curve-ball half-way through the challenge, the home cooks will need to use all their skills to win.

Season 10, Eposode 07 – ”Gordon Takes on a Tarte”
The contestants face another elimination challenge, in which they must replicate the dish du jour in 60 minutes or risk being sent packing. Gordon demonstrates how to prepare the dish du jour, tarte tartin, a perfect French dessert accompanied with a silky crème anglaise sauce. One contestant’s journey will come to an end and the rest will remain in the running.

Season 10, Eposode 08 – ”Joe Takes a Risk”
The Top 16 home cooks fight for immunity in an epic team challenge. Split into two teams, the corresponding captains are immersed in Italian cuisine, as they head to Joe Bastianich’s Los Angeles restaurant, Osteria Mozza, to learn how to make a gourmet, authentic three-course Italian meal. The team captains then make their way back to the “MasterChef” kitchen to teach their respective teams how to execute the same meal for the judges.

Season 10, Eposode 09 – ”Tag Team Tears and Tantrums”
With two eliminations on the line, the pressure is on for the losing team in one of the series’ most daunting challenges: the tag-team challenge. The home cooks’ taste buds go on an extraordinary world tour as they are tasked with creating dishes inspired by the “MasterChef” shows aired around the world. In just 75 minutes, the home cooks will go around the world, creating a platter featuring meals from the Philippine Islands, India, Italy, Mexico, Morocco and China.

Season 10, Eposode 10 – ”Gerron’s Wedding”
The Top 14 home cooks fight for immunity in another team challenge. Split into two teams, the captains scramble to lead their respective teams to success by preparing 45 meals in only 90 minutes for a very special event: a wedding. Even more daunting, the wedding’s groom is “MasterChef” Season 9 champion Gerron Hurt.

Season 10, Eposode 11 – ”Backyard BBQ”
The losing team from the previous episode faces an elimination challenge. The home cooks have 60 minutes to present their best beef dish to the judges, in order to stay alive in the competition and for the chance for their dish to be published on the “Beef, It’s What’s for Dinner” website. But, halfway through the battle, the judges spring yet another challenge on the contestants.

Season 10, Eposode 12 – ”King of The Crabs”
The Top 13 endure an immunity challenge fit for a king when they are tasked with breaking down Alaskan king crabs. Special guest chef Masaharu Morimoto enters the kitchen, where the contestants will have to craft something magical for him in under 60 minutes. Halfway to the finale, the judges expect nothing but legendary meals from the home cooks.

Season 10, Eposode 13 – ”Someone’s Toast”
In another mystery box challenge, the home cooks will be forced to rise to the occasion. The contestants are surprised with a secret ingredient that they must re-invent in two unique dishes: one dish will be savory and the other sweet. With elimination on the line, one home cook will be sliced out of the competition.

Season 10, Eposode 14 – ”Let Them Eat Cake”
The Top 12 are in for a sweet treat in this week’s immunity challenge. As the home cooks enter the kitchen, they are surprised with an array of gorgeous and delectable cakes. In under 75 minutes, the contestants will have to replicate one of the cakes on display for the judges.

Season 10, Eposode 15 – ”Small Dessert, Big Problems ”
The home cooks walk into the kitchen to discover a tower of beautiful macarons. Special guest judge Candace Nelson, founder of Sprinkles cupcakes, sets the stage for the challenge and gives the home cooks 75 minutes to create one dozen macarons.

Season 10, Eposode 16 – ”NASCAR – Finish Line Feed”
The Top 10 contestants test their speed in a special team challenge at: Irwindale Speedway. The judges come racing to the home cooks in speedy race cars before introducing NASCAR driver Bobby Labonte. Told to break into two teams, the contestants are given 75 minutes to cook for 101 race car crew members.

Season 10, Eposode 17 – ”Box in a Box in a Box ”
The chef-testants return to the kitchen ready to face yet another Mystery Box Challenge. Unlike any challenge yet, the contestants are surprised with more mystery ingredients than ever before. After Gordon gives a master demonstration to the contestants.

Season 10, Eposode 18 – ”Mind Blowing Food”
The Top Nine enter the kitchen, surprised to see laser lights and smoke machines. There, the judges blow the contestants’ minds by introducing acclaimed chef Grant Achatz. With Gordon’s help, Grant shows the contestants the art of unconventional plating. The home cooks must use their newfound skills to cook and plate a dish of their choice using an array of props found in the pantry.

Season 10, Eposode 19 – ”Pigging Out”
The judges introduce an unusual special guest to the home cooks to inspire the coming challenge: Marley the Pig. Judge Aaron then gives a demonstration on how to make his family recipe for chorizo sausage. Now it’s time for the cooks to produce a dish with their own version of homemade sausage in just under 60 minutes.

Season 10, Eposode 20 – ”One Pan Wonder”
Daphne Oz is tasked with revealing the contents of the Mystery Box challenge to the Top Eight. The contestants then have 60 minutes to create an elevated one-pan-wonder dish using a staple kitchen tool: the cast iron pan. The trick will be to craft a dish that not only tastes delicious but also highlights the efficiency of the cast iron pan.

Season 10, Eposode 21 – ”Family Reunion”
The Top Seven take on another immunity challenge, but this time it’s personal as family members and loved ones pay a surprise visit to the kitchen to watch the contestants make their favorite family-inspired dishes. Three of the chefs will secure their spots in the Top Six, while the remaining chefs must replicate one of Gordon’s Michelin Star-winning dishes—at his pace.

Season 10, Eposode 22 – ”London Calling – Pt. 1”
The Top Six chef-testants travel across the pond to London, where they must feed 36 diners, including the judges and Gordon’s family, at his flagship restaurant, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay. After they are split into two teams, the chefs have 45 minutes to cook and serve their appetizers and another 45 minutes to cook and serve their entrees to their hungry guests.

Season 10, Eposode 23 – ”London Calling – Pt. 2”
The Top Four chefs travel to the historic Hatfield House in London, where they cook for both the judges and for British cooking royalty, Nigella Lawson. The chef-testants are given just 60 minutes to cook a finale-worthy venison dish. Then, with only 30 minutes remaining, the judges throw a surprise twist at the home cooks, forcing them to think quick on their feet.

Season 10, Eposode 24 – ”The Finale – Pt. 1”
The Season 10 finale. The Top Three return from their home towns after a trip across the pond and tackle their final dishes in hopes of crossing the finish line and coming out on top. The kitchen is transformed into a battle ring full of friends, family and former winners ready to watch the chef-testants cook for their lives.

Season 10, Eposode 25 – ”The Finale – Pt. 2”
The finalists must execute a superior three-course meal for the judges.
